Safe Search International Ltd is an executive Safety Headhunting business working within the Workplace Safety, Fire Protection & PPE recruitment industry. We are a relatively new business that are currently looking to add experienced recruitment resourcers to our team. Area of responsibility and tasks:

• Locating and contacting potential candidates.
• Pitching our client’s vacancies to appropriate candidates.
• Understanding our clients’ job vacancy requirements.
• Contacting candidates who have applied for advertised roles.
• Generating potential candidates from recruitment activities such as headhunting, adverts or social media campaigns.
• Building a strong candidate database.
• Resourcing candidates from various sources including job boards and the company website.

Professional and personal requirements:

• Good time management skills.
• Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages (primarily Word & Excel).
• Excellent communication skills through telephone & email.
• Self-driven with a confident, can-do attitude.
• Experience of working in recruitment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
