Safe Search International is searching for a Business Development Manager based in Poland for a fantastic existing client who is a manufacturer of both medical and industrial PPE hand protection. They are looking for a strong salesperson to help strengthen their presence across the Polish market.

Area of responsibility and tasks:

• You look after existing customers and are responsible for the sale of their high-quality brand portfolio in hand protection.
• Acquire new customers.
• Develop sales activities on-site and implement them.
• Strengthen the Market presence.
• Active communication of the brand.
• Sell product benefits to trading partners.
• You conduct product training and ensure the realisation of sales and gross profit targets.
• Development and implementation of local sales activities to strengthen the company’s market presence.
• Setting up and maintaining a strong distribution network across Poland.
• Implementation of product training with active communication of brand and product benefits to trading partners.
• Responsibility for the realisation of sales and gross profit targets.

Professional and personal requirements:

• You have commercial or technical training and bring (several years of) experience in field sales of technical products, from the hand protection industry. 
• A positive demeanour and assertiveness.
• A distinct customer and service orientation are just as natural for you as good manners.
• You bring a great deal of vitality and a winning attitude as well as enthusiasm for joint partnership with our client's customers.
• You work with high self-inspiration.
• You have good communication skills.
• You are a strong salesperson.
• Good computer skills and understanding of common office programs.
• Speak and write fluent English & Polish.
• Willing to travel.
